The Arts Initiative, South Campus Gateway Welcome Ohio Art League, Couchfire Collective to Arts Alley

Sep 21, 2009—The Arts Initiative at Ohio State and South Campus Gateway announce the formation of Arts Alley at South Campus Gateway, an arts and entertainment community near the OSU campus. The first phase of the endeavor is a partnership with the Ohio Art League, which has moved into an available exhibition and programming space in the Alley, and the Couchfire Collective. The space is being donated by South Campus Gateway as part of the program sponsored by the Arts Initiative. Says Karen Bell, associate vice president at Ohio State and head of the Arts Initiative, “We’re delighted the Ohio Art League and Couchfire Collective are joining us as partners at South Campus Gateway.
